At Kinaldie Creations, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items may be non-returnable (for example, personalised or custom-made items). Please contact us if you are unsure.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or faulty items
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during shipping. In this case you must file a complaint with the carrier used for your order.
